I feel that I do not deserve the punishment which was mistakenly appointed to me. On 24 July I did not observe my fellow peers consume alcohol therefore was ineligible to perform my duty as a wingman.\par \par 2. I went to the U.B.U club that night to play a few games of pool with Airman Loch. After we had finished our games, I departed from the U.B.U club alone and on my way back towards the dormitories and was stopped by MTL Staff Sergeant Davis. She asked me why I didn't go down when she told everyone, and I informed her I was inside and didn't hear anything. She told me to go stand and wait for her outside her office. At this time I had no idea what was going on and proceeded to stand outside her office with the rest of the Airman. I soon discovered the mistakes the airmen standing around had committed. Even though the offenses did not apply to me, I followed orders and stayed in line at Staff Sergeant Davis's office.\par \par 3. Several Airmen that were reportedly outside the U.B.U club that know who I am will vouch of my absense: Airman Keith and Airman Chase. Also, Airman Loch will witness that I was with him the entire time following final formation up to when I left the U.B.U club towards the dormitories early.\par \par \par \pard\qr AMN LADWIG ZACHARY R, USAF\par Technical School Student, 344 TRS\f1\par }
